Cheryl grew up in St. Thomas, Jamaica West Indies until her teenage years. She then migrated to Canada where she completed a B.Ed Degree at the University of Alberta. She taught French as a second language for 2.5 years in the United Kingdom before returning to Canada.
She was the Children’s Ministry Leader at her church for over 10 years and also sat on the Board of the Church for 4 years. She was involved in her church in many areas over the years including being the Administrator for about 3 years, led worship, ushered, helped with BBQs and cleaned the church if necessary and was instrumental in creating and leading the “Fundraising Committee.”
She is passionate about having the marriage and family God intended for us His creations to have. She loves reading and can be found in a quiet spot trying to read just one more chapter quite often.
She lives in Alberta, Canada with her husband and 2 children and loves to spend time walking in nature enjoying God’s beautiful designs. You may also find her on a beach just enjoying the sounds of the waves whenever possible.
